This does look a lot more like Rosalina and I like this version of the design, though I do like the pose of your original version a lot too.
I'm just sorry about the decidedly hostile conversation that it took us to get here. Here are my final thoughts on the situation:
Kritter, you have some valid points. However, the way that you've presented them comes off as some "I'm right, you're wrong" contest and doesn't really seem as constructive a criticism as you're claiming it is. Even after Black Boo submitted a redesign that is definitely more Rosalina than Sheena in response to your criticisms, you did not give it a rest. When is enough, enough? Please consider evaluating your attitude in situations such as these and lose the chip on your shoulder, because clearly neither helps matters.
Black Boo, even with Kritter's unnecessarily hostile attitude, how you responded to his valid criticisms is not ideal and clearly has done nothing to put the fire out on the situation. Whether or not Rosalina looks more like Sheena or herself has
absolutely nothing to do with your art style. As displayed above, in your style you
are capable or presenting a design that is more accurate to Rosalina's model. You don't have to agree with Kritter's criticisms. You didn't even have to change your entry, as it was already accepted. However, your attitude in response to Kritter's criticisms did not help matters.
MFGG competitions are supposed to be fun and the direction this topic took definitely was not fun. If you have a concern that competition rules aren't being well and consistently enforced, please bring them up with a staff member. Don't set the thread on fire and bury other members' entries in an endless argument.
Technoflops, your entry is looking better! Keep up the good work!
