Whew! That took a big while (2 weeks, actually). I went for a much harder card this time. There isn't much to safely predict, and the safer game predictions are the ones I (tried) to avoid putting in. Text in size 10 Arial at the bottom of each square are comments and are not part of the prediction.
Some details about some of the more complicated squares:
- col 1 row 4: Capcom is beating a dead horse. Resident Evil gets a new uninteresting game (currently seeing 7 as the worst case scenario)
- col 3 row 1: As with last year, 3 or more EA Sports games. They all have to be sequels (201x+1), too.
- col 3 row 5: The games Microsoft have shown this year are mostly games we know are coming out. But look, Hololens!
- col 4 row 3: Someone uses kickstarter as project funding at the announcement of their game. If it's Tim Schafer again, I'm gonna eat a sock.
- col 5 row 4: Square Enix tries using the episodic format on a (new game) announcement.
As usual, this card will probably get updated again as leaks start to... leak out. For now, indulge in my complicated list of predictions. I should also use another template for next year, I keep noticing the 4th column is not as large as the other ones. For those who want info on the art I inserted in my image, ask away, I know the sources.
