Weird, happened to me too at one point. Did you do anything before this happened or could you reproduce this after restarting from the beginning?

Haven't tried restarting it yet, and the only think I did before it happened was fixed a simple typo.

Deleted the save file, that fixed it, made some changes to a level, it broke again.

I have found a Glitch, When you Beat the Tanoomba and you fall off the Screen And You want to retry from the Checkpoint, You hear the Finish Stage music and complete the Stage

Spotted a glitch. Not sure if this was already reported, though.
If you walk through a P-Switch while holding Koopa Shell, you'll then pick up the P-Switch leaving the Koopa Shell suspended in the air. Once the Koopa goes out from his shell(while still suspended in the air), you'll get hurt even if you are far from him. After that, the Koopa does his walking animation while still on air and you can no longer hurt him and he can't hurt you.
BTW, this happened in the underground section of Green Gardens, if that helps.

I'm curious about golden mushroom totals too since the numbers on World 2 definitely don't match up with the map and there are a few that seem off in World 1.

Btw, the invisible blocks you might encounter are just warp pipes (invisible), for quickly accessing the boss in the levels while developing.

I played the new demo and I spotted a graphical bug

- When you jump with Waluigi while you holding up and you have the fire powerup, the ducking pose will show instead of the slim pose.

In the Desert, when I managed to jump on Lakitu and use his cloud to reach a warp pipe I get stucked.

If you used Waluigi, it's because you can't get in the pipe when you're thin. you need to press Up in the split second after you jump.

No, I think I know what he's talking about. If you try to enter a pipe while on a cloud, the game bugs out.

Might as well plug this in here:

For some reason, I can't even download the new demo. This problem isn't occurring to me anywhere else, but just trying to download the file from the MM booth on NCFC just isn't working. It either gets stuck in download-limbo or comes through unplayably corrupted. As well, I even tried just playing the old demo (which I could download of the MFGG site), but I was riddled with error messages concerning "Key_Release Events: Failed to Read File" errors. Something I KNOW didn't happen the first time I played it about a year ago. O_o

I'm assuming this is probably just me, though I have no idea why. Is it that my computer required a codec update to make it compatible with the GM game or something? I know of a similar problem with some of my other fans and my games that was resolved by it. Heck, some of my oldest games don't even work on my computer anymore, which is also something to voice concern for me.

Anyone got a solution? I have no clear idea of where to go, especially if I can't even get the latest demo file to trouble-shoot with it.

Also, at Mushroom Gorge I managed to collect 2 Super Mushrooms and yet only one shows when I complete it. The 1st mushroom is from the 3 pipes (two are filled with Piranha Plants). When I get that one, it doesn't even show on the map when I grab the key and unlock Lockey or complete the stage.

A bgm_error.txt file appears in the game folder near the end of both chapters I played. It contains the text "Failed to get playing status of song - Invalid song ID or filename" and other stuff. Apparently I'm the only person who's ever experienced this glitch, and it doesn't seem to cause any real problems.

I don't know if this qualifies as a glitch, but in the level with the rising sand, I couldn't hold onto the fences. And when I completed that level, part of the roulette wheel was outside the left edge of the screen.

when I download it and open the zip so I can extract the files it says
C:\DION\GAMES\midas_demo_2012.zip: Unexpected end of archive
it happens also with the mediafire one

Apparently the updated zip file was corrupted, I replaced it with one that works. Thank you for telling.

Aye, thanks. Game works on my end finally (though I was forced to download the game through my phone because the download kept hanging up >_>').

Regardless, played it through and I'm far more enjoying the game now with the additional content in it; especially the original stuff. However, my major gripes from my first demo's review sort of remain (alongside a legit hate of some other new developments -_-'), but that didn't stop me from enjoying still.

Without giving it an in-depth review, I'd give it a good... 7/10 or 7.5/10? Probably around there. Remember, that's just my scale, no hating... >_>'

Good job. Keep going. Let me know if more comes.
