Nice game  ! It really feels like a mix of Mario Maker and Mega Man Powered Up (both of which I enjoyed playing). The engine is rock solid so far.

So far I just found one bug related to Rush Coil, if you pause the game at the exact time when he plays the teleport sfx for leaving, you hear the entire time the sound, until you leave the pause screen again.

Can't wait for more.

Could you maybe add some audio options? I'd like to turn the music off and play my own stuff in the background, and I'm sure other people would like to mess with the volume as well.

While I was building a level, I found another bug. The MM6 flipping plattforms lose their collision if they flip and the screen transitions during that (the ones that flip their plattform when you jump on).

Nice job! This is definitely one of the most impressive things I've seen on MFGG. I didn't have much time to play it yesterday, but I'll be playing this some more when I get a chance. (Maybe I'll even become Mega Man-literate - MM2 is the only game in the series that I've actually played.)

Very impressed by this, saw a couple of Youtubers streaming gameplay of it. Looks really well done, I'll have to give it a try myself when I have the time.

Alright... I wanted to build a different level today and notice that there was a new version of the game. I downloaded it and noticed, that the game now runs terribly slow compaired to before. Did I do something wrong? My PC usually plays intense 3D games with ease.

Okay, this seems odd... it seems to eat a lot of CPU power (even for a 2D game). Is there a way to fix these performance drops?

Sorry about the issues. 1.0.2 launched yesterday which should fix some slowdown, but I'm still looking into optimizing the game further.

The 1.0.3 version really helped with the performance improvement. Thanks for keeping the game updated... best of luck for you guys and your project  .

A few questions, are you going to make new objects, once you got most of the current stuff fixed? Like the Backgrounds and Bosses could use some more variety later. About the volume control, I've heard that you don't have any way of controlling it. Why exactly is that, out of curiosity (maybe someone knows an answer to that problem)?

Maybe we should open a level ID thread for our level IDs? I would like to check some levels out and to show off mine here on MFGG. I can imagine that a few people have some creative and fun levels to share.

Really enjoying this so far! It feels a lot like any other classic Mega Man game. Although there are limited bosses at the moment, I'm really excited to see what else this game has to offer!

Wrecking, you are nothing more than pure legend of making this game. I love it!

Sorry for posting this here a couple days late, but version 1.1 has launched! It features brand-new builder and main menu UIs, a ton of new builder content and more! A trailer can be found here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-a2sSJoNUi0 . It can be downloaded from our revamped website: https://megamanmaker.com/

The game is now called Mega Man Maker instead of Mega Maker due to trademark issues (not with Capcom, don't worry). Aside from a new logo and some textbox changes, this has no effect on the game itself.

Happy level making!

Wow, turns out this game has its own Wikipedia page now. And your names are in it, too!

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mega_Man_Maker

I can't believe some of my posts here have been replied by people who now have their names in Wikipedia. Can I have your autographs guys?
