honestly a demo could pop up any minute now, I just gotta do some minor tweaks and get the demo overworld made.

honestly yeah i'd love a demo, this looks really rad. you're actually using custom gfx quite tastefully with the original smw's style, which usually isn't the case, plus you seem to be drawing a lot from sml2 which instantly earns you a lot of cool points to me looking forward to seeing more from this, keep it up!

It looks... okay so far, I guess. I'd have to see it in motion to be able to judge the level design, which to me is the most important factor in a SMW hack. The graphics aren't really doing it for me personally, though I appreciate the effort of going the extra mile to put in custom graphics. The map could definitely be less squarish, though.
