Please fix the text wrapping so the word is not being typed out in the same line when it's not gonna fit. Also, I think it would look a lot nicer if the textbox's height adjusted to the space the text's gonna occupy, instead of being a fixed size that's mostly too big.

"you were" and "allowed" is redundant here, and "called to unclog our toilet" would read easier as, "here to unclog our toilet". So: "No plumbers past this area unless here to unclog our toilet."

It COULD be omitted and the sentence would still make sense but it would depend on what kind of tone you want the sign to have. I think it reads fine as is despite being a little wordy but I would recommend replacing "area" with "point". Point is the more appropriate term for this phrase and it will flow much better. If you did want to shorten it, maybe something like [b]"No plumbers past this point! (Unless here to unclog our toilet)"[/b] Having the latter as a footnote in brackets would be more humorous imo.
