For today’s tour, I thought we’d travel down the lane of history to discuss the Lo Cor Kingdom’s past. Long ago, there was a king. He was incredibly open with his subjects, despite suggestions to keep his distance. He also preached the importance of different ideals. Finally, in an effort to ensure his loyal subjects would be safe, the king commissioned a machine with control over color itself. Unfortunately, this was not to last. For, like many, his service to the throne ended. Soon, there was a struggle for who would be crowned next. One side favored wisdom, while another craved power. What was once a colorful kingdom found itself diluted by an all-out war. And reformatting that machine for conflict really did not help matters. Finally, when all was said and done- there was no winner. Not only had the fallen ones vanished- so too did the wise minds that had helped the royal family throughout the ages. And the machine sank into the colorless abyss, followed only by dedicated remnants of the war. Now, who knows what the future holds for our Lo Cor Kingdom? But, I see a glimmer of hope in the distance. For I have seen him coming here- the man in red. He will know what to do... "Llor T" It's Troll spelled backwards; Is that intentional? xD ----- From the screenshot it looks very decent! The graphics are pretty nice (Although MS-Paint-y) and it feels like a breed between SPM and PM2.

Yes that was ineed intentional :D actually all the graphics are made in gimp , and the Paper Mario style is very difficult to mimic, but I'll promise I'll get better at it :D. Also normaly there is a fillter in the game, that makes it look not as "pixely" as it is in the screenshots And yes the aim is to make it a more PM2ish SPM

That looks neat, Benstar. I really like concept behind the Lady Lilly and Boof partner, and I like the logo, although I think the rainbow colors inside "Colors of Creation" could have been a bit brighter.

I feel like Boof might be more effective or interesting as a Polterpup instead of an Eerie, but the fundamental concept of the Lady is really cool!

I just wanted to say, This game came into existance before Paper Mario Color Splash was announced, to be exact, the Development of this game started in January. That means similarities with Color Splash were not on prupose it was just my bad luck :D

Happens to the best of us. I'll be helping out as much as I can now. :)

Love it. Will it feature cards from SPM?

No there wont be battle cards in this game, instead there will be a "stickerbook". If you scan an enemy, like in PM2, There information goes to this stickerbook and you get a cool looking sticker. Its going to be an improved more interesting to look at Tattle Book from PM2 :D

....Huh. Well this is shapin' up to be pretty darn awesome! Graphic-wise, especially, since it does seem to capture the artstyle of Paper Mario we love so much. Welp, keep on going, man! Hopefully this'll see the end of the day as well. SO far so good, methinks :D

Whoa, this is looking cool. While I may have not considering SPM to be "great," just average, this could turn out well. (Though you should really add a button for stylish jumping - wouldn't feel like SPM without it.)

What do you mean by "Button" for stylish jumping?

I assume it means a button you press after jumping on an enemy, which does a stylish move and gets more points. The Wii game had you do them by shaking the Wii remote. On another note, this looks really good! Much better than Sticker Star or Colour Splash anyway, since it seems to have a ton of personality and a far more interesting cast list. It's got a very professional aesthetic too, which is nice.
