Why can't more fangame developers make trailers as awesome as yours? Anyways, it's great to see more from this project! It looks really cool! This floating mechanic looks really clever, too! I don't think I've ever seen this sort of floating been a core mechanic in a Mario fangame before (assuming it's not merely a power-up, as the premise and footage seems to suggest it is not).

Looks interesting, I like it so far!

Yes, the floating mechanic is a permanent fixture of Luigi, what with him being so dead and all (he's in Heaven now, don'tcha know?) More to come, friends! well, for one, the gunshot drums aren't exactly pleasing to the ears. second, the constant blips instead of a normal synth would probably get grating on the ears after awhile. the main instrument isn't too bad until 20 seconds in, where it also starts to grate on the ears, if only because of the added instrument over it.

I was trying to go for an intense "everything is happening all the times" feeling with it, but I suppose I overdid it in some aspects. With that said, without a lot of the instrumentation, the song felt ultimately empty and not all that fast-paced like I intended it to. I may just scrap this version and come up with a different interpretation of it, perhaps. I'll throw up the full version of the Underground remix sometime later. It's very kickin'!

I deliberately muted certain instruments for the actual teaser version to make it more subdued, but it always had the extra do-dads in the parts that didn't. I'm glad you like this one a lot more! ALSO: I re-did the Airship music, I may show that off soon, or I might start doing screenies and/or enemy showcases instead to kind of keep things fresh on all fronts. Don't expect a demo for a while though! [spoiler]It's not because of progress, it's actually because I like timing things right. Well, it's partially progress, this is only a little bit after World 1 completion-wise (basically, I'm a decent ways into working on World 2), and I like demos that don't 1:1 represent what work I have so far. It's more interesting that way![/spoiler]
