-proper Charging Chucks and responding Goombobs
And thanks for telling me about the misspelling.
About the "FUSION" part: I have directly ripped it from the SMFR logo and greyscaled it, to be honest, and I already tried to clean it up more (it was a big fail)
I could try to clean it up a second time, but I cannot garuantee that the results will be better then...

I suggest creating your own FUSION text instead of ripping it, it feels inappropriate to steal from another fangame anyway. There are plenty of good fonts out there which you can use, or you can create your own letters (the first option being easier but the second option being more professional-looking).

There are fonts that claim to imitate the style of the SMB3 and SMW logos, but they are sadly still not quite what they are supossed to imitate. In that very least, I was able to clean up the FUSION text.
However, Super Marisa World FUSION is actually a working title, because I'm still searching for a final title name (I want to name that game in the same manner like the official Touhou games).
Also, if I really manage to turn the 4 levels demo into a 7 levels demo, then you will be able to fight 3 bosses and one midboss.

I see, do you have a screenshot of the title screen with the clean FUSION text?
3 bosses in one demo seems really cool, I hope you will be able to make it in time!

Also, not only the miniboss, but also two of the three bosses are already finished. Only the boss of the first fortress is left. Let's hope I can finish him up in time, since he is kinda complicated to code (although not as complicated as the boss of World 1-6, who I have already coded).
I also have updated World 1-5 to feature the acecoins as well.
World 1-6 wont have acecoins, though. Same with the first fortress.
The first fortress also would most probably be the first harder stage (although it should be not too hard if you don't rush through, and it's thankfully not too long, and in the final version, that's where you can save your data for the first time).

The "Fusion" in your logo looks very out-of-place. I would recommend neutralizing all the gray into one color, or at least only a few colors.

Hmm...that might work, but then the text might lose it's metallic look, and I only wanted the "Fusion" text to look metallic.

Man, that would be nice, especially, if you manage to keep the shape of the original letters from the FUSION text. :biggrin:
Also, I already tried to reduce the color count of the FUSION text to make it look less clashy while still being metallic, and I failed miserably.

Well, I'm sorry, but there's nothing I can do about, because I only want the FUSION text to look metallic, while the other text should look like it's straight from Super Mario World.

First post updated.
Now every level of World 1 has got the level design finished.
That's what's left for the demo:
*finishing up the World Boss
*finishing up the keyhole effect and adding the boss of the Yellow Switch Palace (optional)
*get Alphes-styled artworks (the artwork style of Touhou Hisouten) of Mario characters, so I can add some pre-battle dialogues (optional)
*finishing up Toad Town (optional)
I also went ahead and updated almost every SMB3 sprite, so they now represent the most recent designs.
I even ended up replacing the original SMB3 sprites of Lakitu with my own SMB3 edit of the SMW Lakitu, since that Lakitu is closer to the more recent design than the SMB3 Lakitu.

BAD NEWS!
Sadly, Super Marisa World FUSION is in big trouble, because...well...how to put it correctly?
JudgeSpear permabanned me from Fusion Gameworks (home of MKF) because he cannot take legit feedback, and sadly, EvilMariobot, one of my main spriters, rather wants to stay at Fusion Gameworks instead of joining MFGG or CatezeeY's forum...
While I still have kirbio, that also means that kirbio is pretty much alone now with the Touhou spriting (I'm only able to do updates to Mario sprites, and even these things aren't major).
So...what does that mean for this project?
Well, with kirbio being the only spriter, I will now be extra careful and try to not ask too much from him.

Bad news.
It seems that the NCFC staff was completely incompetent, because the entry did NOT linked to the booth I have created, and thus, nobody could download it.
Also, I'm thinking about putting this game into hiatus, because I cannot contact any of my spriters, and it seems that nobody f***ing cares about this game anyway, since I saw absolutely NOBODY, who had commented about the demo or has left feedback.
That's all I have to say right now!
