When I played it at the MGC, I ran out of energy somewhere after the third section of the game (by section I mean music changes). I've never actually played any of the real Metroids, but this is a very fun and well-executed little game!

Sorry is this is a bump, but why is it called Diode? I remember once, I said "Metroid Dude"

because i needed to make a logo and "DIODE" was the coolest word i could pull out from the letters in "METROID" lol

No problem. and aw. BTW, is getting 100% possible? o.O Once, when I played it, I got stuck in one of those "pit" things and couldn't advance.

its very possible and there's no point in the game where you can get "stuck". if you're stuck, you're doing it wrong.
