I was just having an argument with a guy who was pretty much trolling at Nite's music thread.
Then I logged out for a few seconds, and when I came back, the thread just vanished out of thin air.

Not that I want to question the staff's decision or anything, but if things do get out of control, why not just lock the thread? Why must it be abruptly deleted, especially when the author of a topic did not even do anything to contribute to the problem to begin with?
This same situation actually happened before when other people trolled topics in other ocassions, so I'm quite curious to know what gives.
