y'know your attitude is getting horribly grating.
if it needs to be spelled it out it's because MFGG has a lot of problems. today was a huge, glaring spotlight on all of them and how barely anything got done in a timely fashion. no communication, chats were blowing up left and right wondering what was going on, it was a mess. the wrong people got banned, biases were perpetuated.
staff needs to change. i am one of the biggest people putting my foot in the door to get this change. MFGG has had too much of an impact on my life for me to just let it go and die so i try to do what i can where i can to keep things enjoyable and interesting. there's only so much i can do as a member and i have no idea how to make games.
it's no secret that the staff shares a common mentality regarding many things. this is a terrible idea for organizing a site staff. why bother even holding decisions if you know that everyone is going to agree? and that's the problem. everyone agrees on everything and what they're agreeing on the community doesn't like. this needs to be fixed. nobody is having fun. there's no activity.
