Before that time passes by, be sure to try out each one of all of the entries, and vote for your favorite! ------------- The last time we had a Super Competition was eight months ago, which is quite a while, isn't it? Well, as the results of the MFGG Awards of 2015 have been revealed, I thought that we could celebrate this with a Super Competition! So, before I reveal the theme, does anyone here remember the time where plants were protecting a house from zombies? Or what about the time where a orange Yoshi was protecting six Yoshi eggs from those pesky Koopa Paratroopas, Fly Guys, and Boos? Well, as you might have guessed it already, the theme of this Super Competition is: DefenseSo, basically, your game should have someone protect a certain object, character, or area (it can be more than one object/character/area, if you are wondering) from any kind of danger. Like the other Super Competitions, this theme can be used quite lightly, just as long as there is protection involved somewhere in the game (it can even be as simple as having someone say "I'll protect my sweet potato disco ice crea-er, I mean my eggs!"). Rules:- Having a team of up to two members is allowed.
- The game should use as many original resources as possible. For a minimum amount, it should use an original engine, at least two sprites with at least two frames of animation each, and at least one music track (remixes are allowed, by the way).
- Both fangames and indie games are allowed.
So, the deadline for this competition is at February 22, at 12:00 PM, Eastern Time. That is about three weeks, fours days, one hour, and nine minutes away at the time this has started. So, have fun! I can't wait to see what you'll come up with!
