How it works:
You have to make a word after the word said by the previous user.
You can only change, remove and add 3 letters at maximum.Examples:

It is under the rules. "Sh" was added at the beggining of the word, and "W" was changed to "r". 2 letters added and 1 changed.
If your word doesn't rhyme perfectly with the previous user's word, it is still accepted as long as it is under the rule of changing, removing and adding 3 letters.
Note: Think of 'changing letters', 'removing letters' and 'adding letters' as two different counters. A word made after changing 3 letters and adding 1 is still under the rules.
