After chatting for a while about it, VinnyVideo and I have decided to bring back MFGG Wrestling.

For those unaware, MFGG Wrestling is an intense* virtual wrestling federation where only the best of the best can make it out alive*! The matches are generated using a program called Zeus Pro and use fighters of our own creation.

We are currently accepting applicants for this thrilling event! Just post in this topic with the following information:

You can also be a referee or announcer if you're not particularly interested in being a wrestler.

Matches will happen on Wednesdays and Saturdays. BE THERE OR BE SQUARE.

*Not actually all that intense. Also, making it out alive is very easy.

-Ring Intro: Stroke my hair like Ghirahim (from Skyward Sword) while doing a short laugh looking snobby (like he does while doing that) and then become serious looking - like a winner!

-Finishing Move: Mac Maxi - as my enemy is wounded and dizzy I turn to the audience and say "I remain invincible! Let's take out the trash!", and then I turn back to my opponent and use all my strength to knock him out with two quick and strong hits: first in the head with my right fist, then in the body with my right leg. Then I put my right leg on him as he lies defeated, open my arms and bow to the crowd.; Knockout finisher

The lights go out and Vinny vanishes into the background.

Finishing Move: Kicks enemy out of the ring, uses that-weapon-from-Sonic-Boom-that-I-developed-for-Cliax-Codec-way-before-Sonic-Boom-was-even-announced to pull him back to herself, gives him an evil grin and then spins him in a circle until she lets go and throws him into the ceiling. A few years have passed since the last MFGG Wrestling event has occurred...

Just Dustin was always an underdog. I mean, when fighting gods, snake CEOs and communist poutine men, one can only expect so much success. But with his only victory being against said poutine man, Just Dustin considered the possibility of retiring from wrestling.

So, with the world of wrestling behind him, Just Dustin devoted himself to science. He found great success in the field of robotics, but deep in his heart, there was still a wrestling-shaped void that robots just couldn't fill.

Or could they?! Just Dustin has the (probably pretty terrible) idea to build a robot duplicate of himself to wrestle. With all the doodads and thingamajigs, the robot is sure to be the pinnacle of wrestling technology. Introducing...

I have no clue how the finishing move works (choose between knockout finisher and submission...?)

Knockout finisher: tackles and beats down the opponent.

The character is my ref. But now he has the body of Boom Knux and he wears a silly wrestling clothes. He is weak because toads don't have fingers. I will post a drawing of him later.

Don't worry - you don't have to be a wrestling fan - or know much about wrestling - to enjoy this.

This article talks about what a submission is. Basically, a submission finisher is a move that puts the opponent in an uncomfortable position, making him "tap out"; a knockout finisher simply KOs the opponent.

I should also note that I can't make any individual stat higher than 10.

Whoops, seems I totally forgot this bit. Sorry, fellas.

Also, yeah, I didn't really know the difference between the finishing move types either, but you gotta choose one. Otherwise, you'll have to leave it up to luck of the draw Vinny.
