Mario can hold his breath for a really long time thanks to gaining his parent's genetics which allow him to do that (or something). Unfortunately, for some strange reason, sometimes this doesn't work for long periods of time (SM64, SMS, SMG, SMG2). What makes Power Stars powerful?
