Although this is a rare occurrence, a substandard game will have a few tracks that'll be considered pretty good. One instance I've seen is with the Mario is Missing soundtrack, which has some pretty okay tracks from what I've heard. Rarely anybody mentions this version of the game since it's such a poorly made game. Even though they may not be the best, I think some of its tracks has potential to some degree.

Sticker Star has some other great songs, but this has always been one of my favorites.

This site is basically the only remains of how I was years ago, and I can't look back at what me from over 5 years ago thought was "comedy" without cringing haha

I don't know if I'll return here some day, but I thank you all for the memories coming back to me after looking through my old posts. (which I advise you not to look through if you want to stay sane) If I do return, I do know of the new forum's existence, I just felt like looking back at posts here instead since I was more active on this one.

May the holidays go good if you are reading this around the time I am putting this text in my signature.

As kinda stated by Bigpotato, basically the entirety of Tim Folin's career.

Others I can think of: Nightmare on Elm Street on NES (David Wise of Donkey Kong Country fame), SpongeBob: Legend of the Lost Spatula, the GBC Toy Story 2 game, Mega Man X7 (as to be expected), Fester's Quest

If it weren't for the annoying motion controls, I'd honestly think Dewy's Adventure could be one of the Wii's hidden gems.

The Rebel Army from Final Fantasy II: An awesome song from a very flawed game.

I'm fairly sure quite a lot of Sonic games fall into this category quite well.

Aside from Mario's Time Machine, I also like Sonic Eraser and its music too.

Wario Master of Disguise isn't a great game, but the music is pretty nice none the less:

It's one of those games whose soundtrack is probably the best part.

Which is also true of Mario Pinball Land. Not a great game in itself, but its music is decent none the less:

The title of the topic is "good music in mediocre games", not "terrible music in insufferable games".

Your opinion is right, but I am not taking bets about whose opinion is better. Don't dismiss the fact that all music--even mine, the one I posted--has the value of being able to be enjoyed by anybody.
