In case you've been living under a rock for the past few weeks, Kingsway is a roguelike role-playing game that takes place entirely on a fake operating system, similar to that of Windows 95 or 98. Instead of having the game take place in one hypothetical window, it has you navigating through an entire desktop so you can save the kingdom from a terrible evil. The combat's pretty fun, and the entire aesthetic alone wins me over, despite never having owned an old OS myself! I do think it could do the game some justice if it had more content, but I think the $10 price tag is fair enough.
