I plan to buy a Switch (since I have just booked Super Mario Odyssey) and no store has stock (only dirty speculators) and since Amazon gives you the option to buy it and when they have stock they send it I thought about buying it there.

Anyway, what worries me is the problems that may have the console, as this has a lot of problems and I do not think I can claim amazon...

If you have a problem, send it to Amazon, Nintendo, what do I do?

I have heard horror stories about "lost" or damaged in shipping, so if I were you I'd just wait to pick it up in store. It's not worth the risk to get it online.

I was going to get mine on amazon but the only ones I could find were overpriced. Maybe I just didn't look hard enough though. I ended up just getting it in the store to save money, even if it wasn't as easy.

Oftentimes when the Switch is restocked on Amazon you can only buy it within a 30 minute period between 11 - 2 PM EST, and you usually need Amazon prime to get a proper $300 Switch.

I've personally had a package lost by Amazon, and they had to send me another one (at no additional cost, of course).

But when you're buying a Nintendo Switch, and there will be no spare Switches in existence for a while, that could get ugly.

I can't 100% recommend it, but also the chances of getting a package lost are probably pretty low.
