You heard me right, Nintendo shut down some ROMs from emuparadise, some were left, like sonic and megaman.
But i am still wondering... Why did they do it NOW instead of all that time they had before...?

What do you guys think about this?
Will they target other ROM sites?

If they cut off one head, two more will take its place.

Wow geez. That was one of the last big ones that didn't have their stuff taken down.

If it's any reassurance, big takedowns like these are sometimes a sign of good things to come.

Just this week, we've found out that Nintendo targeted AM2R so aggressively because they had their own Metroid II remake in the wings. Hopefully, this takedown means Nintendo has seen the demand for old games and will amp up the VC instead of giving us the pitiful trickle we've seen so far.
