I mean, it's not that original in that it's main gimmicks are two gimmicks from past games (Partners and Fusions), but combining them so you can basically have multiple fusion possibilities on hand is rather clever. Now what I want to know is if fusion abilities will have full movesets, or will they be more limited.
From what I've seen the abilities still contain the same attacks, just with a different element added to the attack which can create some nice puzzles, but it doesn't have a big impact on the gameplay like Robobot based on this trailer. Hopefully the next trailer convinces me a lot more to buy the game.
