Seriously, All games created in GameMaker 8 and lower, are slow as damn, especially on Windows 10. On Windows 8 & 7, I had no problem! They were fine! But ever since I got a new Windows 10 PC, they were like 2-10 fps! Is there a way to not make this happen?

Interpreted languages are always slower than compiled language, all other factors being equal. Your new PC is probably just slower in one way or another than your old one, at least at the level of a single core (which is all that matters for a program like GM that isn't multi-threaded).

I have a Windows 10 computer, and I've never run into any performance issues when playing games made in GM 8 or earlier. Have you tried playing any games made in GM Studio? How well do those perform on your PC?

Did you remember to run them in compatibility mode?
