Recently, on my Kindle Fire, I made An "ASM pack hack" using several smw patches from SMWC. I want to share it to you guys to play, but I am not sure If I am allowed to link the rom.

If it's a commercial ROM at its base, then that's a no-no. However, I'd imagine it would be fine to post an IPS/UPS patch.

It's not possible. LunarIPS only patches ROMs afaik.

Considering I have been into IPS patching since I was half the age I have in this moment, I can safely contribute into this matter. For the question in the title, the forum rules will strictly say no to commercial ROMs (and apparently, every ROM I've found is commercial unless it has been denied by the author). Distributing a commercial ROM would be an infringement of the copyright laws, so to prevent MFGG from being an accomplice, we need to implement preventive policy. Please refrain from doing so to avoid putting us in unnecessary trouble. IPS patches are representations of the difference between a clean ROM and a hacked one, implying an IPS patch is NOT illegal because it's not the ROM itself. Playing the hackrom will require having a copy of the official ROM (which you must NOT distribute), so hope that clears up why it's perfectly safe to limit yourself to only distributing the IPS patch. There, seems you don't have a working PC. I can volunteer to patch your hackroms into IPS patches, but I am not entirely sure if you will be allowed to send me the source. I mean, it is a minor type of copyrighted material distribution. On the bright side though, it's private and will lead to your noble cause of sharing only the IPS patches to support the copyrights. I will ask right away to make sure in case you're okay with that ^-^
