I'm still playing. IS has been amazing with new content and overall improvements to the game. Tempest Trials is probably my favorite mode at the moment. Temporary perma-death (HA!) makes it all the more exciting. I managed to pull a Summer Robin a few days ago. I've been lucky enough to pull at least one special character every seasonal banner so far (I also have Spring Lucina and Bride Charlotte).

My streak of getting exactly one of the event characters each time - spring, Bridal Blessings, and the two summer events - remains intact. A few days ago I snagged an Amelia with ideal IVs, and I'm extremely OK with that. I also got an ATK+ Julia last month, so now I've fixed my once-glaring shortage of green units. Getting a free 5* hero this week was sweet, too. I opted for Bow Lyn since Lyn is cool and there weren't any other mounted archers available until now. |

I finally snagged a Lucina (SPD+ RES-, which is pretty nice) a few days ago. It took me forever to get one of the protagonists of this April Foolish game (although I did get a Spring Lucina and Masked Marth). Also, seeing Nintendo and Intelligent Systems acknowledge the existence of Japanese-only games is cool. They've just added a bunch of new characters from Genealogy of the Holy War, so maybe that gives us hope for a few more characters from the hardest game I've ever played. |

You don't need to pay anything to summon plenty of strong characters and finish all the maps in the single-player campaign. If you want to get the world's best score in Arena, Tempest Trials, or Voting Gauntlets, you'll need to pay up. All in all, FE Heroes is a very enjoyable game even if you don't spend any money. I speak from experience here, since I'm free-to-play. |
