And just because it's a piece of corporative propaganda it deserves to be as badly rated as one of far poorer quality?
Think about it. Compare both movies for a second. Compare their animation and/or plot, among other things, and then tell me which one should get a higher rating.
When you make such comparison you can already see that the propaganda movie should not be as badly rated as the poor quality movie. 2.5/10 is simply too damn low. Uninspired should not necessarily mean "irredeemably horrible" or "absolute garbage".
