The animation was just like the old Mickey Mouse cartoons, and it had some great storyline to it. I love the way the movie was put together. Why am I starting this topic like this? Well, what's YOUR favorite movie, and what are your opinions of it? Feel free to add your opinion to other peoples' movie choices, too!

If I had to choose one favourite movie, like for example now, it would probably be Hot Fuzz. I love cheesy action movies and cop dramas. Hot Fuzz is both, and also a really great buddy comedy. It's probably not suitable for young children, though.

My favorite movie, hands down, is Come and see. This movie is based on the holocaust that happened in Byelorussia by German forces in WWII. It is brutally realistic and messed up. AND I LOVE IT! It is the only movie so far that has given me a headache. I liked it so much that it inspired me to make a game based on that atmosphere which I ever finished. It has to be between Blade Runner and Back To The Future for me

There's so damn many!!! If I have to be truthfully, Synechdoche New York, Nightmare Before Christmas and Batman Returns are all up there. For the point of this conversation, I would say Batman Returns is my favourite movie. It's weird, haunting, creepingly sexy in a way. I mean, I love holidays too and it's set in Christmas time. I love gothic stuff and it's gothic. I love weird things, it's definitely weird. And I love seductive girls like Catwoman. So yes, Batman Returns is my favourite movie.

Hot Fuzz was mentioned above, and it really is pretty much a perfect movie, start to finish. The whole Blood and Cornettos Trilogy is quite good, but Hot Fuzz is definitely a step above the others. But I'd probably say The Incredibles is my favourite movie. Not only is the story great, the animation incredible, and just the style of it oozing classic superhero goodness, but it was one of the first movies that led to me truly appreciating the artform beyond "look at the moving things". I watched it with the director's commentary and their breakdown of the scene where Bob is pulled into Huph's office was an eye-opener to the actual technique of cinematography. So yeah, it's my favourite, can't wait for the sequel!

I'd like to add my vote to Hot Fuzz being a fantastic film, though I'd place it second to The Emperor's New Groove.

My top four Cliffhanger Hacksaw Ridge Matrix Non-stop

La La Land is a beautiful deconstruction of the stupidly overdone Rom-Com musical cliches rampant in the 40s through 60s. It subverts the expectations mainstream musicals have conditioned you to have by tactfully undermiming what would be key plot events in a more typical movie. The ending alone make this one of the best musicals ever made, but the story and characters sell this as my favorite film of all time. Beasts of the Southern Wild, The Artist, and Django Unchained come close, though. Maybe Fight Club.

Too Many but.... Terminator 2 Blood Sport Forest Gump I guess are my top 3 because I go back to watching them.

i don't know if i have a favorite movie, but i can tell you that arnold schwarzenegger is my favorite actor. given that, i think i can just say his entire oeuvre is my favorite and leave it at that. i just love action movies in general.
