The desire to drive up appeal of the area for business pushed for extra flammable, and non-regulated additions on top of cheaply done actions, like the [i]gas pipes being ran up the fire exit.[/i] People's lives are always worth more than any dollar amount it costs for safety.

The only way I've really heard of this is from headlines like "Theresa May responsible for fire" or whatever. Terrible tragedy. :( What a horrible mistake on the part of the people who made that building.
