it seems like a weird question.
Just like how wine tasters can give all these descriptions of how a wine tastes, can you do a simlar sort of thing with water?
It sounds weird, it's all just water, right? But there's different aspects in it. There's the additives in it, how clean it is, even temperature...
I can tell differences in water fountains. There are some water fountains that I don't like how the water tastes, and there's some that I like quite a lot.
It's tougher with bottled water, which taste pretty similar.
But Dasani, for some reason, has this particular... ehh, to it. Like, I can tell there's something somewhat off with it, it has some difference you can detect with your tounge.

A lot of them do.
EDIT: Wait, you said on the bottle. I recall something like that once. I have to figure out what.

it might've been ice mountain? the plastic of the bottle had like bevels that made it look like a mountain or an iceberg or something. it was one of the expensive water bottles i do remember that

Have you ever drank from a water fountain and the water tasted like blood? The pipes must be so bad that some iron is getting mixed in.

Here's a thing,

Most water in different cities or states have different tasting water due to the way the water plants treat the water.

I found this thing when I noticed that Perth's tap water tastes quite different to Melbourne's tap water.

I'm not too picky so most water tastes good to me. The only water I can think of that I won't drink is my school's tap water, which tastes like sewage

I can't tell the difference between water from the store and tap water in Austria. But nobody here really buys water from the store anyway, as the tap water's so clean.
I could definitely tell the difference when I was in Ontario though. The tap water tasted weird, but apparently you could drink it.

Yes. Water fountains are the worst, most times I refuse to drink from them.

I'm no water expert or anything. I hear people talk about how some water is amazing and other is trash, but I haven't found myself forming such opinions.

Oh here's another good instance.
years ago I saw something called Smartwater. They talk about how they extract the water from the air in the purest form, with artificial clouds. even joking about the idea of "spring water". I got curious, so I tried it.
It had some... something to it. That I didn't like. It wasn'tas nice and refreshing as other waters I've had. Maybe the "spring water" thing isn't a bad thing?

If it's the "purest form" of water, there's likely no minerals dissolved in it to give it any sort of flavor. Unless minerals are added later, which I don't believe they are. Kinda detracts from its selling point.

There's a lot of snake oil involved with water marketing, too. (Extremely subtle) flavor aside, fancy water is still just water. Alkaline water doesn't hydrate you any better, either lol.

They add things to it, as far as I'm aware nothing stupid, just basic mineral type things.

So - at least where I am - water from Mexican restaurants has a very distinctive taste.

Literally every single sit-down Mexican restaurant, they all have the same water taste and I don't know why. No other restaurant does. It's bizarre and I'm really not sure what to think about it.

Falcon Punch is the result of the Sun heating fists. It drives the Blue Falcon. Heating causes destruction of water into the pain, where it then hurts, creating rain. Rain creates flowing water in tears, which can then be converted into other forms through more pain.

I've moved around a lot and I can't taste any difference between tap waters from different places in my country at least.

I did once stay in a hotel in Prague where the tap water tasted weird so we only drank bottled water.
