Since we've had some staff changes lately, we're evaluating our staff needs for the coming year. I asked Ultramario if he was going to be more active this year, and it seems that he'll be busy with other things. He's now back to being a regular member after serving as a QC staffer from 2010 to 2017. Ultramario hasn't been as active lately, but of all the QC staffers in MFGG's history, only Black Squirrel has been more prolific. Give Ultramario a round of applause for his contributions over the years. Historically, MFGG has done an excellent job of keeping track of exact dates for promotions, but demotions/resignations aren't always as well-documented. This topic will be useful to people recording such things on the Wiki - and, of course, it never hurts to tell our members what's going on. The staff page should be up-to-date now, too. And yes, we'll likely be promoting a new staff member within the next few months. It might not happen immediately, since the queue hasn't been super-active lately. Go submit lots of cool stuff if you want to make the next promotion happen sooner. |

Thanks, Ultramario, for what you've done during your job as a QC member! I thought you were a great member of the QC, and congratulations on being one of the most prolific QC members on MFGG! We'll miss you as a great QC member. Anyway, I am interested in seeing who might get a promotion too. |

He did more than just quality control. Before Hello Engine really took the world by storm, his (very crude, admittedly) DND "Ultramario Engine" was the hot thing all the kids were using. Keep at it, you Ultramario you. Maybe 2017 will prove to be the year he finally evolves into "Nuclearmario", a force to be reckoned with I'm sure |

7 years? I swear he became a QC just a little while ago. Time goes flying... Means I've also been for a long time too because I joined in 2009! He is definitely a great contributor to MFGG for his services as QC for such a long time. Congrats to him! And sadly, he's no longer a QC :'( EDIT: just realized the staff list isn't exacty up to date. Miles is also a QC and HylianDev is the tech admin. Also I wonder, why there is no one using the Webmaster rank? |

Nice catch. I'm not listed tech admin on the forums technically though. Nobody is using the webmaster rank because Retriever II is still the webmaster. |

I'd also like to point out that Blutorus was stated as a Forum Moderator in the staff page, even though he is actually a forum Administrator right now, and HylianDev is part of the QC even though the staff page doesn't state him as such.
