Super Smash Bros. for Wii U Tournament, 4/23- waroh is the wiener!

Played in a local tourney last week and Delfino Plaza, that Skyword Sword stage, Smashville, and any omega stage were legal too.

But seriously, count me in I suppose. I'm no professional by any stretch of the imagination but I've had some good 1v1 FG. The hardest part for me probably will finding out what time I'll need to power on my console and learning how I'll connect with y'all (None of my friends have a Wii U so I can't play with them online in Sm4sh xP)

I'd like to participate as well.

On the subject of stages, Smashville and Town & City are both suitable stages for tournaments. Wii Fit Studio might be alright, but the fact that you can walk off of it could be a problem. Big Battlefield might be a bit too (ahem) big as well.

Would each stage be played on its omega form or are some of the less gimmicky stages also acceptable?

i updated the OP with both a list of who all is going to be in this tournament, as well as a list of stages. i lumped FD and the omega stages with each other, but everything else is a list of stages that's allowed in normal form.

Not sure if I'm in, but how does it work? Like, how do you participate, when do you start, ect. Summarize this in a short way please, because I have some problems about reading long descriptive stuff.

well, you're going to play 1 versus 1 matches, each with 3 stocks, against other people online. there is a list of stages that are allowed in the original post. i'm going to draw up a bracket that'll determine who's going to play who.

i updated the OP again with who all's going to be participating, everyone.

Just anybody, or only others participating? If only others participating, how would you make it so you only specifically go to that person?

well, you'd be adding the people on nintendo network and playing friend matches against them. obviously this would limit you to only the entrants in the tournament.
