I'm thinking that Forum 39 was just a place holder before General Chat was re-added some time in 2012, since General Chat is forum #40. The reason it can't be accessed by, well, anybody, is to prevent deletion, and the General Chat would become Forum 39 and no one can access it and there would be an uproar and Retriever II would have to press the big red buttonAnd then Thunder Dragonwould rip his hair out. Are you sure Forum 39 can't be accessed by admins? The wiki says so otherwise. |

Forum 39 is visible to admins in the Admin Control Panel, but even we can't access it in the forum listings. It's an absolutely riveting place... or not. |
