The current iteration of the MFGG forums has been up and running for about three years now. During that time, we've accumulated several hundred accounts that never made a single post. Many of them are spambots, dupe/flood accounts, or people who visited once and forgot about this place. In other words, all they do is clutter up the user list, and there's little point in keeping them around. For that reason, I'll be removing all inactive users from the user list within the next week or so. If you still haven't made a post, be sure to do so, so we know you're still interested in being part of MFGG. I sent a mass message to some of the inactive users who've been active in the past, but if you have any MFGG buddies who are inactive, you're welcome to give them a heads up on my behalf.
All account deletions are permanent, but if your account is deleted, you'll be able to re-register using the same e-mail address.
This account pruning only affects inactive users. If you've made even one post, your account will be unaffected. As you can probably guess, this pruning only affects the current forums; any accounts on the mainsite, Wiki, or an older version of the forums will be unaffected.
This concludes The Week in Boring System Maintenance Announcements.
