I was working on the engine for Normal Super Mario World up until the time grad school started. The project has been sitting for a while, but I still have it. I had to register a copy of GM Studio after they crapped on my registered copy of GM7. Hopefully I will be able to get the ball rolling again some time soon so I can give you guys one more normal, mediocre fan game with no wacky surprises whatsoever.

^Actually, I received a modified version of GM7 that doesn't need to connect online for registration from YoYoGames after filing a support ticket, as described in blog entry here: http://www.yoyogames.com/news/172

You can try this, if you'd have an easier time finishing your game with GM7 instead of having to port it to GMS first.
