Congratulations Nite! I think you'll do an excellent job as Wiki Sysop. It's sad to see Miles leaving, though, because he always did an excellent job on MFGG.

I don't think any ban in MFGG history has ever truly been "permanent," but don't expect Vitiman to be returning for the foreseeable future.

No, there exists a built-in system for this. You register as normal, but there is a special page that Sysops should be able to access where you can confirm that account.

EDIT: I removed the above two posts to avoid misunderstandings on that regard.

Please register as normal, you will simply not receive an email, and the account needs to be confirmed manually. It is advised though, to inform Nite Shadow via PM that you have created an account and which username you have, so he can confirm it.
