Hey, folks! Posting here in case I can reach out to the folks who aren't at the NCFC forum. As like last year, I am managing the Livestream for NCFC. This year I hope to have more guests streaming and less of myself streaming or one game streaming for a long time. As like last year, if you have a trailer available for a game you want to submit to NCFC (Or a game you're working on that isn't in a presentable state playable, but would be cool to watch in a trailer), feel free to send the trailer to me so I can put it up on the off-stream. I'm also accepting pre-recordings made specifically for NCFC2012 besides, if anyone wants to record a little comedic skit or such. If anyone wants to pre-schedule for a Livestream broadcast, please give me a note as to your planned schedule date and time! I would really appreciate having a schedule ready for the other NCFC participants to view when the event opens. Obviously I suggest you are accustomed to Livestream before you get going. Thanks in advance.

My game won't get done either. I'm far from a demo.

Sadly I won't be there this year either, which makes it... every year in a row! I did have high hopes this year but as usual time got away. So close!

Just so you guys know, you don't necessarily need a demo to register a booth, as long as you have sufficient information and media. And, you know, not a fake game.

Yeah but i'd rather have all or nothing.

Experience with NCFC is not necessary; I entered an alpha of Bowser's Last Stand into it last year after learning about it a week (or maybe just a couple days, I'm not sure) before it started from an MFGG news post. On the other hand, if it's game development you're inexperienced with, the worst case scenario is you find out that there are a lot more flaws with your game than you knew about, and that'll give you a chance to fix those flaws (this happened with Bowser's Last Stand last year, too). The only reason to not enter is if your game is not ready, or you yourself think it's crap, or if you otherwise don't want people to see it.

Actually, I doubt that would arise. So far no one has even touched the booths, and the only accepted ones are the ones I've done on my own accord because I didn't see any one else do it. So if I don't see choices on them by the time I get home (in 2hours), I'll just do the rest and designate myself to accepting and declining booths (even though I'm not really supposed to be that involved with the event this year but as producer, still have the power and might as well assist).

Cool, NCFC is open now. I'll get a look at the booths.

Aww, none of the booths really interest me this year, save for probably DITLL2, but I was anticipating that one in advance, so it doesn't really count.
