(like on some cell phones) now, even with the filters active, some may slip through. its almost inevitable. these need to be reported.

This ad looks like it falls into a category that's still open, so I've now closed it. I don't think there's any borderline ones left, but continue to report any questionable ads if you find them and I will investigate.

All I can really do is block individual sites that are reported. These ads are probably being distributed through the video games category, and shutting that off pretty much shuts off everything relevant to MFGG. There's also the possibility that Google is using your own history to influence what ads are displayed.

I'm sure my recent search for the location of a certain Minigame in "God of War" didn't help any either.

I agree, typically, kids wander the Mario Fan Games Galaxy, so naturally, there should be no adult ads, so this surprises me immensely. I hope this is resolved soon, because I, being an SMBX graphics maker, tend to come here for a lot of material for SMBX potential. But if what you say is true, how it sends up ads based on our searching, than I think I want to sue it.

I found one! It's a "League of Angels" ad on page 1 of the "Games" section on the mainsite. Left Hand side.

You need to copy the link to the ad.

He'll investigate it.[/quote] It's actually RII who investigates these, but yes, we do need the URL, and/or a snapshot of the ad in question. and of course, I do advise scanning for adware, spyware, and viruses to help rule out the possibility of those being the cause.

I found a more--descriptive--screenshot of the ad. I see it, like, every single time I go on MFGG, even when I'm not logged it. There's an attachment down below. I absolutely hate the adult ads on MFGG or any other site for that matter...it's REALLY annoying. :blank:
