Hello is a talented engine maker. However, a good engine maker doesn't give out their fully featured projects for everybody and their grandmother to shamelessly and effortlessly rip off. So yeah, I TOTALLY agree with you. =)

I don't really care about the badge, I just had no idea the MFGG awards happened until earlier today when I randomly looked at MFGG's homepage

when I saw that LNM and LNM2 won stuff I was really happy c:

Well, considering my limited presence here, I'm surprised I won anything. Cool!

And I'm sort of glad to at least be recognized in that manor. I know my games aren't the most popular, but at least I've been recognized as still being a good at what I do. It's rather pleasant.

and also doesn't make their code look messy and even more difficult for beginners to try to modify it

And there's almost nothing in the way of commenting, making it even more intimidating for beginners to use as anything more than a level editor.
