Yup, this one never got off its feet.  I actually tried for something slightly shorter than a month (I wasn't too sure how to set up the deadline). I don't think that worked too well. This actually makes me miss SNESDev.net... I was doing a lot of remixes back then (however, the music wasn't even remotely authentic to SNES for one key reason: the sample sizes were much too large). Actually, I've grown much less interested in remixes over the years, even as in-game music. I still have a few melodies stuck inside my head, and sometimes I remix my own material.
