Post subject:  Minigame Competition 2017 #4: Spooky Hijinks
Auction Lemon selected the previous competition and won it as the only entrant, so I thought this was a good opportunity to do a themed competition for October after a month's hiatus has come and gone.

Our theme this round is: Spooky Hijinks.

-Create a minigame that has spooky atmosphere, characters, mechanics, whatever you can think of that will fit as a Halloween minigame.
-Must star Mario/Wario/Yoshi/Etc. franchise characters. Everything else is anything goes and may be your own design.

An exception: Perhaps you may dress Mario characters up as characters outside of the Mario franchise? Costumes fit the theme after all! ;)

Entries are due by Saturday, November 18th at 11:59PM PDT.

Used to always be a thing, where the competitions fit the theme of the community in an effort to encourage creation of more related content. Please do not derail the thread to debate this. You can set the rules of the next competition when you win.

I like this theme, and the costume idea is really cute! I really hope I don't have too much work so I can enter this one. Even if I can't, I'm really looking forward to the entries. I'd love to play some awesome Halloween themed minigames to get me in the Halloween spirit!

Probably, as boos are Mario characters, and Mario is a Mario character

It's my first game, so it's not much. To play, just select the difficulty (Bloo Boo mode is the hardest) and move the mouse to control Luigi and avoid the ghosts

Given that I've had some complaints that people will be too busy with NCFC preparations and Super Mario Odyssey, we will give you until Saturday, November 18th to prepare your entries if you are interested.
