Kremling won the most recent Minigame Comp, but since he apparently got stomped by a member of the Kong Family and hasn't been heard from in a few days, I'm taking the initiative in making the next topic as the runner-up of the previous Minigame Competition. In honor of the latest Mario game, the theme for this competition is Super Mario Odyssey! Your entry should incorporate some element inspired by Super Mario Odyssey - an environment, a gameplay mechanic, a character, whatever your heart desires. Your game will probably be Mario-related, but crossovers are perfectly OK as long as you include something Odyssey-related in the game. The deadline is Friday, August 4, 2017. This gives you two full weeks to make your entry. I'll be willing to grant an extension of a maximum of two days if you Get hoppin'! |

Here is a preview of what is to come from me. It is very basic so far, so if it looks boring, that because the main attraction isn't there yet if you know what I'm saying.  So what do you guys think?  EDIT: I'm probably not going to finish it in time due to lack of motivation. |

Currently we have no entries, so I suggest extending the competition by another two weeks as well as promoting this competition on the mainsite and forum index announcement block. |

I'm probably not going to finish my entry in a week, maybe two weeks though. But it most likely wont feel like two weeks of work due to lack of advance programming skills and my personal life. |

SonicZetrex: I think this competition has dragged on long enough. Maybe you'll be able to recycle some of these ideas in a future Minigame Comp - and remember that you can always make a game even if it's not a competition entry. Auction Lemon: Congratulations on your shiny new badge. It's up to you how long you want to wait until we start the next Minigame Comp. |
