I never said that. The only thing I want is that someone gives me sprite sheets of already existing sprites, because I know for a fact that sprites of sspp03 do exist, since they appear in the Clickteam game "Brothers in Charisma".

Yes, I did. I searched everywhere at MFGG, but no luck.

Well, I've finally "completed" my minigame. I wish I had a bit of extra time to work on a Bowser Cat boss, but... you know. I worked hard on this, so I hope you all enjoy! :D

In a far away land known as the Mushroom Kingdom, there is a constant battle between the Gato Rojo partnered with his brother, Gato de Verde, and Gato de Fuego. However, Gato de Fuego finally bested the two brothers, and is holding them hostage! It is now up to the fair princess ruling this land, Gato Rosa, to take down Gato de Fuego and restore peace to the land!

This minigame's gameplay is built around the three keys, "Z", "X", and "C". At different points, you will need to press (or in "C"'s case, hold) them down to interact with the environment, and stay ahead of the ever-scrolling camera. Run through five levels, and witness the epic conclusion!

In this game, Luigi finds himself magically transported into a very peculiar and relatively small world full of bipedal, cube-loving cat-people. Can he get out of there alive? Probably!

Be sure to keep in mind that you can make your jumps slightly higher by holding the jump button. This is obligatory for some parts. Also, you can change the controls by pressing Ctrl + Y.



As a side note, I allocated my time for this project poorly so it's not quite "done". It's very playable, it's very completable (even if the ending's a bit "meh") and it's very good ( ;) ), but it's not everything I want it to be. I might make a Complete Edition later on. Who knows.

I played all of them and I thought this was one of the worst MGC ever. But then I realised I forgot Roo's entry, I played it and I loved it, I think it's really really good and enjoyable, I can't wait to see Complete Edition. The castle level is too hard but the boss is too easy. You may want to make boss harder in Complete Edition. But other than that I don't have any complaints.

So I vote for Roo.

Nice one.
Too bad it doesn't feature "Charisma Brothers XD - Robot Kitty-Cat Attack", though. I really would have liked to make that one.
Maybe I will do that one day outside of the comp, but only if I finally get those sprites I need.

Speaking of the comp, I'm currently trying to decide between Gato Rosa and Neko Panic. I'll be back soon and edit this post with the result of my decision!
EDIT: Okay, Gato Rosa won. Nice gamplay, nice atmosphere (I love that level where everything is dark), and there are only minor graphical hickups.
When I was about to play Neko Panic, I was all hyped up, because I was a Luigi fan, but instead, I got just another rendition of Kaizo Mario. Sheesh, it's just the first level, and it already forces me to make pixel-perfect jumps. No thank you.
So my vote goes to Willsaber and "Gato Rosa" or, how I like to translate the name into, "Rose the Cat".

When you get close to a wall, just hold down C to climb up it. There are blocks with the letter C near every wall that is climable.
