Me too. I've been extremely busy with school and clubs. I haven't the time to work on anything.

Darn, that's too bad. Just to clarify due to the lack of entries, I'm still in the competition.

Would it be possible to entice anyone more to finish if I were to extend the deadline a bit?

If not, I'll just keep it as is.

Maybe I'll enter, if I have an idea.

I don't think extending the deadline will help. I say this because people will still be busy with school/clubs/etc. either way.

Don't listen to me, an extension would be nice. :) I need at least 4 days to have my entry completed and not rushed to completion.

So when does the competition end now? I'd really like to make an entry, too and there aren't many competitiors in this competition right now.

Well! Seems to be that there is some reason to prolong the competition, then. That's good for me, too-I was considering whipping something up in a day or two, but I've been busy with homework and exams for the last few days.

The competition is now extended to Sunday, ending at 11:55 PM.

Dont wait up for me.... (Thats not me being sarcastic BTW)

I may have a nice level of ideas, but i have no idea how i can put them in to play....
I may just drop them off in the concept corner.

That would be pretty lame to win by default. I hope someone enters in last minute as well.

If so, you could ask for an extension if others have projects in the work.

I guess that's the third extension already.

I just got an idea, but I probably won't be able to get it done by tomorrow, so an extension would be nice.

Alrighty, then! Extended until..ehm...One week from now! Exactly! Exactly plus four hours, which is to say 11:55 next Saturday!

Don't forget, folks, a big part of the challenge of these minigame competitions (from my perception of them, at least) is coming up with an idea that is not only creative and fitting to the competition's idea, but one that can be created and implemented quickly!

I have a few questions:
11:55 A.M. or P.M. and what timezone are you in? (I'm Eastern Standard Time)
Music education counts, correct?
Thank you.

11:55 P.M., of course. EST.

(Though honestly I think that submitting it within four hours or so of the deadline would be perfectly fine)

And any topic is valid. I've actually been considering an idea revolving around grammar.

CollegeMajorQuest!

I was going to use this as the base for a simple RPG-ish adventure, but since I'm taking five classes right now and my game-making PC is dead, I'm not going to finish it. You can still use this as a tool for college-exploration purposes, but I strongly recommend against making important life choices based solely on the output of a highly unscientific personality test designed for use in a joke game!

Whether this counts as a game or not is up to the discretion of the voters.

An RPG where you catch grammar mistakes in dialogue for extra rewards would be awesome. That or a timed game where dialogue is rapidly flowing, and you have to catch mistakes before they pass

I know it's not much, there's not even a title screen, but here's my entry, Noteblocks.
Also, credit to Mit for the Mario sprite.
