Alright, ah. Just send me a PM if you want any tips. If you want any advice for Wind Walkers, I can let you know the changes I would make, personally, if I were making it.

btw, I plan on improving Mario's Balloon Float to make Mario more responsive by having Non-Mario objects keep their current wind-physics, but changing Mario's own physics to make you feel more in direct control of him, and instead of using a 10x4 set of keys that aren't available on all keyboards, using a 4x4 set of keys which are perfectly viable on laptop keyboards.

The changes would, admittedly, lower your max speed, but... Mario admittedly doesn't control very well if you're always pressing the max speed keys, and I usually try to keep his speed as low as possible when trying to control him anyways when I play my own game.

I'd also be willing to help if you need anything or want to run an idea by someone. I have a decent amount of experience with game design. I certainly don't want to see you quit it (as you previously said that you might) so if you want anything, don't hesitate to ask.

look, I voted for what i believed was the best,
were, yes, the controls were very complex, the concept of controlling the wind, as oppose to any characters struck me as a unique concept, something that hadn't been done before, and all things considered, i felt he did this rather well,
He implemented the theme as not only an element or hazard in gameplay, but as the master control scheme,

now, I understand you might be a slight bit upset about not taking the win, or 2nd place, but,
you got top 5 on your first entry,
that's really good for a first try.

I think moonrat has chosen to be the better man and just ignore you. This argument isn't really making sense anyways. You both acted like jerks, both towards eachother as towards the rest of MFGG, and I think you guys should really stop now before an admin actually bans both of you for flaming. Just stop, m'kay?

The tie break vote is perfectly valid and has been handled like this for as long as tie breaks exist on MFGG, and even if it wasn't, that's no reason to go all rampage over the issue, insulting people left and right and accusing everyone of cheating.

It has repeatedly been stated: competitions on MFGG are primarily for everyone to improve their skills and compete in a friendly way. Friendly rivalry if you want. The one of you doesn't want to play the other's games anymore, the other is discouraged to even make any more games. How old are you two?

We have plenty, take one. For all I care about, you can save one on your hard drive and put one in each folder. You can even color it gold or whatever color you please.

None of you will get any warnings, you got enough feedback from your fellow forumites and that should do. You're both disqualified from this competition though for simply not getting the point of them and displaying bad sportsmanship, and you're both obligated to take part in the next one provided you have time. And you better have.
