I think it should be more up to the userbase to vote for what they think is best. This makes a lot of sense to me especially in the case of the incomplete submission; if it's really that bad, it won't win anyway.

I think the gay Luigi one is kind of a troll submission but I can't decide for myself just how offensive it is. Maybe a lot of gay people might find it funny even. I can't say for sure, especially since I'm not gay myself. But really, that's more of the administration's job, I'd say.

That aside, I don't believe I've said this to you yet: welcome to the back forums and it's nice to see you contributing, Black Boo :)

Being LGBT myself I didn't find the Gay Luigi drawing all that offensive, really.

It was intended to be as a parody of Tracer's lesbian reveal, The youtube poop "Gay luigi" and ridiculously handsome men.

I never intended to be as offensive. If I were to make it offensive, then things would had been much more different. What I made was tame.

That's all I have to say.

EDIT: I have nothing against to gay/lesbian people
