congrats to blutorus and q-nova for making runner up and top 5 respectively in the last comp!

wow, it's been a whole year since the last drawing comp! get it? because it's 2016? and the last one was 2015? so it's like... yea

at any rate, this week's theme is MINIS! like the toy ones!

you're being tasked to draw any currently non-mini character as a mini toy. so this means any mario character is free range EXCEPT:

  • mario
  • luigi
  • peach
  • toad
  • pauline
  • donkey kong
  • shy guy
  • etc

as per usual, you have a week, until january 15th! good luck!!

I think I'm gonna have some fun with this one! Here's a hint: it's a more obscure Mario character ;)

Are Donkey Kong characters, at least the ones that have strong ties to the Mario series (e.g., Diddy, Dixie, DK Jr.), also eligible for this?
