Like with Hypernova's nice and simple theme from last time, this one's going to be straightforward:

But what if Dr Mario (and Dr Luigi) were sick? Who would be cramming viruses into their bottle?
In other words, give a PhD to any Mario character. Imagine if it was Bowser trying to cure Mario!
Guidelines:
What you'd expect. No cheating, nothing inappropriate. Stick to the sick theme.
Oh, and you only have to draw a doctor-ified character. There's no need for a sick Mario in the lab to contaminate all the results.
The due date is November 8th. Get going!
