Q-Nova has a nice variant of a Shy Guy, something I could definitely see happening in a Mario RPG. If I had a second vote, it'd vote for Blutorus. He put a ton of effort into his drawing, and I like how it turned out.
...and my actual vote goes to Mit for simply how creative it was and how fast he drew it. He probably made people think twice before entering.
