Who remembers the NES Legend of Zelda? It had pretty simple box art... right? Yeah it's just a shield and words. If you wanted more complicated artwork, you'd probably think twice after seeing my masterpiece. Spoiler:  Yeah, sorry about my bad coloring. but seriously... I made a 10-12 year old kid with a wooden sword and shield to a middle aged man with a battle ax and an iron shield... not to mention the hat and boots that made him look like a Christmas elf. Oh, and we can't forget Ganon's pyramid shaped Triforce.I'm planning on more bad box art folks, don't worry. |

So, quick question: I'm sure I know the answer to this, but; It doesn't have to be as much "Bad" as "Inaccurate" does it? |

I'm guessing it means inaccurate, because of a few reasons. TD said to misrepresent it, not make it a bunch of squiggly lines and scribbles everywhere. Since it's a contest, it would be unfair to make the winner who draws the worst. |

I know it's a drawing competition, but a lot of classic box art used a combination of drawing and photography. Would that be allowed in this competition? |
