It's just final voting. You only vote for one person. Whoever gets most votes wins.
We skip top 5 since there aren't enough entries.

If you are aiming for something that is jokingly terrible art. Maybe the Drawing Competition isn't really for you, if you really want to keep entering these kinds of competitions. I would suggest that, you should try practicing your drawing skills and make it better or you can try creating an Art topic to showcase your drawings and get criticism from our fellow MFGGers :)

But it's up to you to do whatever you want to. If you would like to start improving your drawings. Then, that's great! You can try creating a art topic or look up some drawing tutorials on internet to get some drawing skills. (I would try visiting DeviantArt, because they usually have a whole range of tutorials covering every bit of Drawing techniques or other drawing stuff)

I digress, because people have not always voted on which entry is objectively the best... a typical thing people, be it the crowd as judges and official judges themselves do in competitions involving voting systems. (case example #1: Music Comp #2 but there are more examples that I do not want to waste time pointing out other instances) But either way, Weegeesquare shouldn't complain.

TL;DR: Inherent subjectivity abound with people as judges does not mean that you can and should improve on your work just to gain more votes. You just got to accept the fact that people would vote for whom they vote for...for any reasons they have.
