Heyo everyone, it's time for another sprite competition, this time around it will focused on the SEGA. The objetive will be to give any character from SEGA original IPs a random power-up present in any original Nintendo game (Screw attack Sonic!). The sprites have to be made on the style of the game the characer is in, and it's preferable that the games are in the Sega Genesis (as long as they're not mostly know as a Nintendo game it's okay). And that's the idea, good luck to everyone, i hope to see some great entries. |

For those of you who can't name a SEGA franchise beyond Sonic (like me): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Sega_video_game_franchises Is Pokemon considered a Nintendo francise? Also, could you supply a deadline? |

Reading DJ Coco's post for a bit makes me wanna ask this question from my mind that's related to this sprite competition's theme before I can think about entering this one. For the characters that's from some sega video games that's only made with 3D graphics and not as pixelated sprites, can we sprite them in any sega games style we can choose for them?(the ones that's mainly focused on sprites such as Sonic, Altered Beast, Ristar, Comix Zone, etc.) |

So, basically Alex Kidd: The Enchanted Castle, Sonic the Hedgehog, etc using a Nintendo character? |

@zXspriter Well it is a SEGA character using a nintendo powerup like Fire flower Alex Kidd. Also this is an interesting competition, I hopefully will get to enter this one. |

Now this is an theme I can possibly do! I love all things Sega so it'll be easy to come up with an idea, the question is whether or not I'm competent enough as a spriter to pull it off... OH well, guess giving it a shot won't hurt |

Edits (and recolors) aren't allowed on Sprite Competitions, since it isn't fair to use a sprite that you didn't make for your entry. Your entry should be 100% made by you in order to qualify. Try remaking it from scratch. |

Hi there. I'm new as a user here, although I've browsed as a guest on MFGG for a very long time. I'm also on RVLution, a New Super Mario Bros. Wii modding forum which hopefully at least someone is familiar with. Anyway, I was interested in joining this competition but I have a question about the rules. Well, here's a little something I made. It's Sonic the hedgehog, from Sonic the Hedgehog, with a fire flower from every Mario game ever, as well as the propeller suit and penguin suit from New Super Mario Bros. Wii.
